PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

1. General Payment Terms

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers, including Stripe, PayPal, Squarespace Commerce and Amazon KDP.

We do not store full card details.

By purchasing a service or programme, you agree to the payment terms outlined at the point of purchase.

2. Digital Products (Courses, Workshops, Downloads)

Due to the instant-access nature of digital content:

• Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

• By purchasing, you acknowledge that access may begin immediately and that your 14-day cooling-off right may be waived.

3. Coaching Services

• Sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

• Missed sessions without notice may be charged in full.

• Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

4. Collaborative Publishing Programmes

Due to the structured and cohort-based nature of these projects:

• A 14-day cooling-off period applies unless you request immediate commencement of services.

• Once the programme has begun, fees are non-refundable.

• Payment plans remain payable once participation has started.

• If the Publisher cancels a project before commencement, a full refund will be issued.

Participation fees are not charitable donations.

All Amazon royalties (as stated per project) are handled separately from programme payments.

5. Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered:

• Instalments must be paid on agreed dates.

• Failure to complete instalments may result in removal from the programme.

• Outstanding balances remain legally payable once the programme has commenced.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us at info@whatlifethrowsatyou.co.uk first.

Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in suspension of service access.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under UK consumer protection law.
