True healing doesn’t happen overnight. I know from my own journey, a few weeks of therapy wasn’t enough to heal the abuse I endured.

It was only when I began doing the work on myself, building self-acceptance, self-awareness, and self-worth, that I created the foundation I needed to truly move forward.

That foundation became my coping toolbox: practical skills, inner strength, and a deep understanding of my value.

With those tools in place, I was finally able to go deeper into healing my trauma.

In this course, you’ll learn how to challenge destructive patterns, replace them with balanced and healthy beliefs, and practise genuine self-acceptance and compassion. These tools will help you reclaim both your voice and your sense of worth.

It’s about breaking free from the cycle of low self-esteem and learning to truly value yourself with honesty and compassion.

I know this journey first-hand. Growing up with sexual abuse and an alcoholic, narcissistic stepfather left me doubting my own voice and identity. This workshop is the path I built to heal those wounds and to rebuild authentic, lasting self-esteem.
