Module 4. Adjusting Rules and Assumptions — Identify the hidden rules you live by and begin to loosen their grip.
Module 5. Developing Balanced Core Beliefs — Build healthier, more balanced beliefs about yourself that feel genuine and grounded.
Module 6. Practising Self-Acceptance and Compassion — Develop a daily practice of self-kindness that supports lasting change.

About the Coach
I’m Andrea Bevan-Ducker, a trauma-informed mindset and wellness coach and the author of The Sacrificial Girl.
After surviving over a decade of childhood abuse and growing up with a volatile alcoholic parent, I struggled deeply with my own self-worth. Through years of healing, structured learning, and self-reflection, I rebuilt my relationship with myself from the inside out.
