About the Coach
I’m Andrea Bevan-Ducker, a trauma-informed mindset and wellness coach and the author of The Sacrificial Girl.
After surviving over a decade of childhood abuse and growing up with a volatile alcoholic parent, I struggled deeply with my own self-worth. Through years of healing, I learned how to rebuild from within.
Now, I help others do the same, with courage, resilience, and compassion.
