No — courses and coaching are designed for personal development, self-awareness, and well-being, not medical or therapeutic treatment. I am a trauma-informed, qualified coach, and these have been written with those teachings in mind.
How long do I have access to a course?

Can I get a refund on a course?
Due to immediate access to course materials, refunds are not offered once access has been granted.
