1. How long will the project take?
Each book runs for approximately 3–4 months from acceptance to publication. A clear timeline is shared at the start of the programme.
2. How long does my chapter need to be
Chapters are typically between 4,000 and 6,000 words. Guidance will be provided to help you structure and refine your story.
3. Who owns the rights to my chapter?
You retain the rights to your individual chapter. You grant permission for it to be published within this collaborative book project. Full details are outlined in the contributor agreement.
4. Will I receive royalties?
All Amazon royalties from the book are donated to the chosen charity connected to the theme. The programme fee covers the professional production and coordination of the book. Any Royalties made from you selling your author copies are yours to do with as you wish.
5. Is this guaranteed to become a bestseller?
No. While books are professionally produced and launched thoughtfully, there are no guarantees regarding rankings, sales numbers, media coverage or speaking opportunities.
6. What support will I receive while writing?
You will receive:

Weekly group support calls
Editing support
A private contributor space
You are never left to figure it out alone.
7. Is this therapy?
No. This is a publishing project. It is not therapy, counselling or medical support. If writing about your experiences feels overwhelming, you are encouraged to seek professional therapeutic support alongside this process.
8. Can I remain anonymous?
Yes. You may publish under your real name, a pen name, or choose limited identifying details. This will be discussed before publication.
9. What happens if there are not enough contributors?
Projects move forward only when there are sufficient aligned contributors. If a book theme does not gather enough participants, it will pause rather than proceed prematurely.
10. What if I change my mind after joining?
Your participation agreement will outline timelines and refund terms clearly before commitment. Because this is a collaborative project with shared timelines, refunds are limited once the programme has begun.
11. Can I buy copies of the book?
Yes. Contributors may purchase author copies at printing cost and use them as they wish.
12. Can I publish my own book afterwards?
Yes. Participation does not restrict you from publishing your own work in the future.
